1 - Retours
Les retours ne sont pas acceptés après 15 jours à compter de la date de réception de la commande.
Si vous souhaitez retourner un article acheté sur notre site Web, vous pouvez vous rendre dans l'un de nos centres. Les produits doivent être en parfait état (non utilisés, non lavés, avec leurs étiquettes intérieures et sans altérations) et accompagnés de leur facture d'achat correspondante. En raison de la nature de certains produits, les retours ou échanges de sous-vêtements ne sont pas acceptés. maillots de bain, boucles d'oreilles, bas, chaussettes et en général tous les produits en contact direct avec la peau.
Les produits doivent être autorisés par notre service des retours.Dans le cas de produits non scellés, seuls les retours imputables au processus de fabrication, de transport et d'expédition seront acceptés.
Dans tous les cas, veuillez joindre une photographie de l'objet à retourner et un document prouvant la date de réception, ainsi qu'une brève description des dommages à l'adresse e-mailinfo@sanflex.com. Nous vous répondrons en autorisant ledit retour, qui, accompagné d'une copie de la facture, doit être inclus dans le retour.
Une fois la marchandise reçue et l'autorisation préalable du service des retours, un remboursement sera effectué par virement bancaire sur le compte indiqué par le client, hors dans ce cas les frais d'expédition ou de réexpédition de la marchandise. Ces frais de transport, en cas de produit endommagé ou d'erreur dehttps://sanflex.com/fr/, sera inclus dans le retour.
N'oubliez pas que les frais d'expédition et de retour de l'article ne seront remboursés qu'en cas d'erreurhttps://sanflex.com/fr/Ou des dommages au produit imputables au processus de fabrication, de transport et d'expédition.
Il est important que vous sachiez que si le produit est endommagé parce qu'il n'est pas bien protégé, nous n'accepterons pas le retour.

2- Produits en mauvais état ou mauvaise expédition
Si le produit est endommagé ou en mauvais état.
Vous disposez d'un délai maximum de 48 heures à compter de la réception du produit pour retourner la marchandise. N'oubliez pas d'envoyer une photo des dégâts et autres comme indiqué dans la section précédente.

3-Politique de remboursement
Lorsque chez Sanflex nous avons vérifié que le produit est en parfait état, nous procédons au remboursement de l'argent. Nous vous en informerons à l'avance dans votre adresse e-mail.
Le remboursement sera toujours effectué selon la même méthode que celle que vous avez utilisée pour l'achat : virement ou carte de crédit.
Le délai estimé est de deux semaines à compter de la réception de la marchandise, bien qu'il puisse varier selon la banque de destination.
4-Calcul des remboursements
Produits retournés pour dommages ou mauvais état ou suite à une erreur d'expédition : Si le retour est dû à une erreur de notre part ou parce que vous avez reçu un mauvais produit ou en mauvais état, nous vous remboursons les frais de port que nous vous facturons lors de l'envoi vous le produit ainsi que les frais d'expédition qu'il vous a coûté pour nous envoyer le produit.
Reste des retours : Lorsque le retour est pour d'autres raisons, à condition que la marchandise nous parvienne en parfait état, le remboursement sera l'équivalent du coût du produit.
Dans ce cas, les frais de traitement, d'expédition et de réexpédition ne seront jamais remboursés.
