1 - Devoluções
Não são aceites devoluções após 15 dias a contar da data de receção da encomenda.
Se pretender devolver um artigo adquirido através do nosso website, pode dirigir-se a qualquer um dos nossos centros. Os produtos devem estar em perfeito estado (não usados, não lavados, com as respectivas etiquetas interiores e sem alterações) e com a respectiva factura de compra. Devido à natureza de alguns produtos, não são aceites devoluções ou trocas de roupa interior. Fatos de banho, brincos, meias, meias e em geral todos aqueles produtos que tenham contato direto com a pele.
Os produtos devem ser autorizados pelo nosso departamento de devolução, no caso de produtos não lacrados, só serão aceites devoluções atribuíveis ao processo de fabrico, transporte e expedição.
Em qualquer um dos casos, anexe uma fotografia do objeto a devolver e um documento comprovativo da data de receção, juntamente com uma breve descrição dos danos no endereço eletrónicoinfo@sanflex.com. Responderemos autorizando a referida devolução, que, juntamente com uma cópia da fatura, deverá ser incluída na devolução.
Após recepção da mercadoria e autorização prévia do departamento de devoluções, será efectuado o reembolso por transferência bancária para a conta indicada pelo cliente, não incluindo neste caso os custos de envio ou reencaminhamento da mercadoria. Estes custos de transporte, em caso de danos no produto ou erro desanflex. com, será incluído no retorno.
Lembre-se que os custos de envio e devolução do artigo só serão reembolsados em caso de errosanflex. comOu danos ao produto atribuíveis ao processo de fabricação, transporte e expedição.
É importante que saiba que se o produto estiver danificado por não estar bem protegido, não aceitaremos a devolução.

2- Produtos em mau estado ou envio errado
Se o produto estiver danificado ou em mau estado.
Você tem um prazo máximo de 48 horas a partir do recebimento do produto para devolver a mercadoria. Lembre-se de enviar uma fotografia do dano e outros conforme indicado na seção anterior.
Se o produto recebido não for o que você encomendou, entre em contato conosco por e-mail.info@sanflex.comE nos informar, responderemos o mais breve possível e procederemos à correção do erro.
3-Política de Reembolso
Quando na Sanflex verificamos que o produto está em perfeitas condições, procedemos à devolução do dinheiro. Informaremos isso com antecedência em seu endereço de e-mail.
O reembolso será sempre feito pelo mesmo método que utilizou para a compra: transferência ou cartão de crédito.
O tempo estimado é de duas semanas a partir do recebimento da mercadoria, embora possa variar dependendo do banco de destino.
4-Cálculo de reembolsos
Produtos devolvidos por danos ou mau estado ou por envio errado: Se a devolução se dever a um erro da nossa parte ou porque recebeu um produto errado ou em mau estado, reembolsaremos os portes de envio que lhe cobramos aquando do envio lhe o produto e também os custos de envio que lhe custou enviar o produto para nós.
Restantes devoluções: Quando a devolução for por outros motivos, desde que a mercadoria nos chegue em perfeitas condições, o reembolso será o equivalente ao custo do produto.
Neste caso, os custos de manuseio, envio e reenvio nunca serão reembolsados.
