1 - Returns
Returns are not accepted after 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.
If you wish to return an item purchased through our website, you can go to any of our centers. The products must be in perfect condition (not used, not washed, with their interior labels and without alterations) and with their corresponding purchase invoice. Due to the nature of some products, returns or exchanges of underwear are not accepted. swimsuits, earrings, stockings, socks and in general all those products that have direct contact with the skin.
The products must be authorized by our return department. In the case of unsealed products, only returns that are attributable to the manufacturing, transport and shipping process will be accepted.
In any of the cases, please attach a photograph of the object to be returned and a document proving the date of receipt, along with a brief description of the damage to the email addressinfo@sanflex.com. We will answer you authorizing said return, which, together with a copy of the invoice, must be included in the return.
Once the merchandise has been received and prior authorization by the returns department, a refund will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the client, not including in this case the costs of shipping or forwarding the merchandise. These transport costs, in case of product damage or error ofhttps://sanflex.com/es/, will be included in the return.
Remember that the costs of shipping and returning the item will only be refunded in the event of an errorhttps://sanflex.com/es/Or damage to the product attributable to the manufacturing, transport and shipping process.
It is important that you know that if the product is damaged due to not being well protected, we will not accept the return.

2- Products in poor condition or wrong shipment
If the product is damaged or in poor condition.
You have a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the product to return the merchandise. Remember to send a photograph of the damage and others as indicated in the previous section.
If the product received is not what you ordered, contact us by email.info@sanflex.comAnd inform us, we will respond as soon as possible and proceed to correct the error.
3-Refund Policy
When at Sanflex we have verified that the product is in perfect condition, we proceed to refund the money. We will inform you of this in advance in your email address.
The refund will always be made using the same method you used for the purchase: bank transfer or credit card.
The estimated time is two weeks from receipt of the merchandise, although it may vary depending on the destination bank.
4-Calculation of refunds
Products returned due to damage or poor condition or wrong shipment: If the return is due to an error on our part or because you have received a wrong product or in poor condition, we will refund the shipping costs that we charge you when sending the product and also the shipping costs that it has cost you to send the product to us.
Rest of returns: When the return is for other reasons, provided that the merchandise reaches us in perfect condition, the refund will be the equivalent of the cost of the product.
In this case, handling, shipping and reshipping costs will never be refunded.
