Our Sanflex centers are also available for other types of sales: in-person, by phone, and through representatives.
For in-person sales, the minimum amount to avoid handling fees is 60 euros. If the amount is lower, a 4-euro handling charge will apply.

We offer a fast, secure, and efficient delivery service, with usual lead times of 24 to 48 business hours depending on the destination.
To ensure maximum reliability, we collaborate with courier companies such as Nacex and GLS, and we have our own delivery route in the central area (Madrid and surroundings), which speeds up service for our local customers.
Thanks to our online sales platform, we deliver not only within Spain but also to clients in many countries worldwide, expanding our reach and allowing international professionals access to our catalog of thousands of references. Our service is tailored to both national and international clients, ensuring convenient, secure, and efficient deliveries.
You also have the option to pick up your order directly from our warehouse at no additional cost.

The equivalence surcharge is a special VAT regime mandatory in Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) for retail merchants who sell directly to the end consumer without transforming the products.
It affects:
- Self-employed retail merchants
- Individuals registered as self-employed
- Joint ownership communities dedicated to retail sales
It does not apply to industrial, service, or wholesale activities, nor to specific sectors such as jewelry, fur, dealerships, boats, aviation, art, gas stations, or industrial machinery.
If you have doubts about whether this regime applies to you, your tax advisor can guide you. If applicable, the surcharge will be automatically added to the prices listed on our website.
Clearance products are available exclusively for purchase through our official website. They cannot be bought in-person, by phone, or through representatives.
General site discounts or promotions do not apply to clearance items, as they have their own pricing policy.
To meet the needs of professionals and businesses, we offer various payment methods:

- Credit sale (available only for professional clients with conditions approved by our sales department)
- PayPal accounts can only be registered in the country where they were created. If you move to another country, you must close your current account and open a new one in your new country of residence.
- You can maintain two PayPal accounts if you reside in two countries, as long as only one is Premier or Business.
