At Sanflex, we work to ensure your orders arrive quickly, safely, and fully trackable. Once your order leaves our facilities, you will receive an email with the shipment tracking number, provided by the corresponding courier company, so you can check its status at any time.
If you need to change the delivery address, you can manage it directly with the courier company. Please note that any additional costs arising from this change will be the customer’s responsibility.
Orders are prepared and shipped strictly in the order they are received.
- Mainland Spain: 24/48 business hours from order receipt (Monday to Friday). Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday may experience delays due to the weekend.
- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and international: Delivery times will depend on maritime and land transit, as well as the processing times of each country or region.

Madrid region: €5 (Free for orders over €85)
Rest of Mainland Spain: €7 (Free for orders over €85)

- For orders under €30, a handling fee of €1.95 will be applied.
- Maximum weight per package: 40 kg.
- Maximum dimensions (domestic shipments): length + width + height < 2.40 m, with no single dimension exceeding 1.20 m.
